THE MOST COMMON WAY PEOPLE GIVE UP THEIR POWER IS BY THINKING THEY DON’T HAVE ANY. – ALICE WALKER

Extra-ordinary things don't happen by chance.
They happen to people bold enough to believe and attempt them.

We live in the age where 'The Avengers' and 'The Guardians of the Galaxy' give the word superhero a whole new meaning. Don't you wish just like them you also should have some superpowers? Think for a moment… you don't have to wish for something that you already have. We are blessed with superpowers that we have no idea about. We all have incredible hidden powers that we need to tap and channelize to derive the best out of ourselves.

“Superhero science has taught me this: Entire universe fit comfortably inside our skulls. Not just one or two but endless universes can be packed into that dark, wet, and bony hollow without breaking it open from the inside. The space in our heads will stretch to accommodate them all. The real doorway to the fifth dimension was always right here. Inside. That infinite space contains all the divine, the alien, and the unworldly we’ll ever need.” – Grant Morrison

First and foremost, you have the power of words. Never ever underestimate the power of words. Perhaps, one of the most important superpowers, your words can make or break someone's day. There is power of life and death in the tongue. An encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it through the day. A destructive word to someone who is down can be what it takes to kill them.

Be careful of what you say. Speak life to those who cross your path. The power of words... it is sometimes hard to understand that an encouraging word can go such a long way. Anyone can speak words that tend to rob another of the spirit to continue in difficult times. Special is the individual who will take the time to encourage another. Use this superpower well and see the difference it can make in your life. Words are incredibly powerful, use them to spread joy.

Next superpower, is the power of empathy, not many have the power to put themselves in someone else's shoes. Thinking about the other person most definitely doesn't make you less of a human being. For those who are slightly empathic you know the fact that this superpower can help so many.

For once exit the bubble of your own self and think about someone else. You will be surprised to see how people will react to this. Spread the love, in this harsh world someone needs to think about everyone. By doing this you will feel more connect and alive. Use the power of empathy as much as you can.

Thirdly, the power of the mind-body connection is something that we all are blessed with. Yet only a few of us choose to exercise it well. In this day and age of competition, a positive coordination between the mind and body will make things much simpler for you.

A healthy mind and a fit body together are a treasure that not everyone has. Did you know that your positive thoughts help boost your body to produce a certain chemical in the body that aids in keeping you happy as well as healthy? Though it may come as news to many, you may sometimes forget how much of a difference a positive mind-set actually makes. Now the question is are you ready to change yourself?

Use your hidden superpowers to change yourself and the world. So it's time to dust off your cape and let the magic begin. I say it's time to realize that our inner superhero never died, and he or she still owns power that if understood, practiced and used, can shatter our stagnant perception of a victimized reality and help us re-create ourselves from the inside out.

"May the next few months be a period of magnificent transformation."
